Here’s a quick buyer’s view of common steel profile sizes—what ranges are easy to source and what lengths to expect. Use this to sketch designs and then confirm the exact standard and tolerances with us.
Angles (equal‑leg, typical)
- 25×25×3 mm → 100×100×10 mm (common stock); longer legs and thicker walls available on request
- Lengths: 6 m and 12 m standard; cut‑to‑length available
Channels (C/U)
- C100×50×5 up to C300×90×10 (typical); JIS/EN/AISC series vary
- Lengths: 6/12 m; confirm web/flange tolerances and straightness
I‑beams / H‑beams
- I‑sections (IPE/IPN or W‑series): light to medium structural sizes commonly stocked
- H‑sections (HEA/HEB/HM): deep/wide flanges for high capacity
- Lengths: 6/12 m; camber/sweep per standard
Hollow sections (tube)
- Square: 20×20×1.5 → 200×200×6 mm
- Rectangular: 30×20×1.5 → 250×150×6 mm
- Circular: OD 21.3 → 273 mm (thickness by series)
- Lengths: 6 m standard; longer randoms or fixed on request
Plates and flats
- Plates: 3–100 mm thick typical; widths 1500/2000 mm common; 2500 mm available
- Flats: 20×3 → 200×12 mm typical
Notes
- Standards: EN, JIS, ASTM/AISC vary in dimensions and tolerances—state the route you need.
- Lengths and straightness affect freight and fit‑up; include them in the PO.
Send the profile type, size and length you prefer (and the standard). We’ll confirm stock sizes or a rolling plan with the best lead time.
